Recently, the self-developed 2000HP cluster well solids control system of Xi’an Brightway Energy has been fully delivered. With humanized structural design and customized optimizations tailored to the operating conditions of long row wells, it provides customers with a stable and reliable drilling fluid treatment solution for cluster well drilling projects.

The delivered 2000HP cluster well solids control system features an optimized overall layout built around actual on-site operation demands, fully equipped with multiple functional tanks and an integrated mud mixing platform. Fitted with a 360° rotating cantilever crane, the platform covers full-range operations including material transportation, equipment maintenance and component replacement. It greatly reduces manual handling workload and markedly boosts on-site maintenance and construction efficiency.

To address the pain points of 40-meter long row well drilling in this project, the mud return trough of the equipment adopts an exclusive extended customized design. During ultra-long row well operations, there is no need to relocate or shift the entire set of main solids control equipment. Construction requirements can be met simply by connecting the extended return trough. This design eliminates the procedures of equipment disassembly, assembly and transportation. It not only cuts down construction preparation time, but also avoids hidden risks such as structural abrasion and construction delays caused by frequent system relocation, comprehensively improving operational stability at drilling sites.
