The equipment has completed full assembly, anti-corrosion treatment, functional commissioning and factory acceptance. Offshore drilling platforms adopt stricter standards for mud tanks in terms of layout, corrosion resistance, integration and operational stability compared with onshore equipment. This customized system solves key offshore industry challenges including limited platform space, severe salt corrosion and difficult maintenance, serving as high-end tailored solids control equipment for overseas offshore drilling operations.

The integrated system consists of a shale shaker tank, intermediate buffer tank, dedicated mud mixing tank and supply tank. With modular multi-tank design, it covers full mud treatment processes including screening, purification, buffering, mixing, replenishment and circulation. It supports continuous offshore drilling, improves mud proportioning accuracy and circulation efficiency, and stabilizes drilling fluid performance.

Equipped with an upgraded full stainless steel electric control system, the equipment features excellent corrosion, moisture and dust resistance as well as superior tightness. It avoids common faults such as damp short circuits and corrosion, ensuring long-term safe and stable operation in complex offshore environments.
