On June 24th, Brightway officially shipped a skid-mounted drilling cutting disposal system customized for a drilling project in an oilfield in Moldova, Europe.

Compared with the previous drilling cutting disposal system, this set of drilling cutting disposal system is characterized by an integrated skid-mounted design. In addition to the core equipment of the vertical cutting dryer and decanter  centrifuge, this skid-mounted drilling cutting disposal system also integrates the screw conveyor and the hopper on the same skid, which makes the system more integrated. Meanwhile, this skid-mounted drilling cutting disposal system solves the problems of incomplete transportation of materials and leakage of drill cuttings by traditional external screw conveyors, thereby greatly improving work efficiency.

At present, the delivery work has been completed and it will be sent to Shanghai Port. It is expected to be delivered to the Moldova project site for assembly in 45 days. Brightway has been continuously developing, designing and customizing drilling cutting disposal system and corresponding equipment suitable for different oilfield drilling conditions. After years of production and on-site practice, Brightway has gradually developed modular design and skid-mounted integrated design to adapt to different oilfield drilling conditions of drilling cutting disposal system.
