 1) Centrifugal sludge dewatering equipment: This equipment is composed of a reloaded screw conveyor with a hollow rotating shaft. Sludge is sent into the rotating drum by the hollow rotating shaft. Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, it is immediately dropped into the drum cavity. Due to the specific gravity is different, the solid-liquid separation is formed. However, the sludge is pushed by the screw conveyor and sent to the outlet of the cone end of the drum, which is continuously discharged; the liquid part is also discharged outside the drum by the continuous overflow of gravity.

2) Spiral squeezing sludge dewatering equipment: There is a screw made of filter mesh in the barrel of the screw squeezing sludge dewatering equipment. The diameter of the screw body gradually becomes thicker from the inlet to the outlet of the dewatering. The volume gradually changes and shrinks, and the sludge is gradually compressed to become smaller. The principle of compression separates the solid and liquild phases in the sludge. The liquid is discharged through the mesh of the filter.

3) Belt-type sludge dewatering equipment:The belt-type sludge dewatering equipment is sandwiched by two tension filter belts, passing through a series of regularly arranged rollers in an ‘S’ shape, depending on the filter belt itself. The tension creates a squeezing and shearing force on the sludge layer, squeezing the water out of the sludge to achieve sludge dewatering.

4) Plate and frame sludge dewatering equipment: In a closed state, the sludge driven by the high-pressure pump is pressed by the plate and frame, so that the water in the sludge is discharged through the filter, so as to achieve the purpose of dehydration.
