Recently, Brightway water based mud plant has been completed and put into production, and the treatment capacity can reach 500 cubic meters per day (250bbl per hour). The water based mud plant will also greatly improve the efficiency of drilling mud treatment, while greatly reducing equipment investment costs.

This water based mud plant is designed and customized by Brightway according to customer needs. It is compose of the Mud Shaker, Mud Agitator, Mud Tanks, Jet Mud Mixer, Centrifugal Pumps. Due to the simultaneous operation of several drilling projects by customers, the traditional mud processing equipment requires higher costs. Therefore, the water based mud plant will be used to greatly improve the efficiency of drilling mud treatment, while greatly reducing the cost of equipment input.

At present, the electrical control system and auxiliary equipment of the entire water based mud plant have been assembled, and other processes of the project are in progress. It is expected to be put into use by the end of this month.
